Near the busy area in Forest Hills, It is a prime location and convenient near to the police precinct. many package and deals available. professional valet parking during the DAYTIME. near to train station And bus. We can accommodate Sedan, Compact car, Small SUV's, Big SUV's(ex. Suburban, Lincoln Navigator) and even commercial vehicle(Vans) up to 20 feet in length. we can also accept more than 20 in length but it will be subject to a different monthly rental fee. 24/7 surveillance cameras for the security of the vehicles inside of the premises. Gate is open from 06:00 AM - 09:00 AM, However, 24/7 access is available too. There will be a $100.00 security deposit for the clicker and it is completely refundable once returned in a good condition. No Bogus renters. Please respect! Just select a start date and just send me a message here by clicking reserve space button and I'll get back to you once I received a notification. Monthly payments will be made through Spacer website only. No Cash, No Check. Parking terms will be discussed between us once I meet you for spot visits. Place your reservation now. Thanks! Arranging reliable, verified monthly parking through Spacer couldn’t be easier:

Step 1: Send your booking request

Pick the start and end dates of your rental and complete the booking process. (Don’t worry, you will NOT be charged until the host confirms your booking.)

Step 2: Host accepts & arranges parking access

The host will confirm your request within 1-2 days. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to message the host to arrange pick-up for any keys, parking passes, remotes, or other security credentials you need to park in your spot.

Step 3: Pay month-to-month until you want to cancel

The space is yours until you don’t need it anymore! To cancel your rental, you just need to give 30 days’ notice (via your Spacer.com account) and return any keys or passes to the host - no fuss, no muss.
