The yard is secured (locked fence in evenings and weekends) with onsite business (M-F). Helps prevent any funny business. Has 24/7 CCTV and the private yard is next to 91 Freeway with close access to 710/110/405/605 Freeways. Clean and safe for all size cars, trucks, commercial trucks, box trucks, delivery vans, and tractor (tractor unit only). Max vehicle length – up to 22 feet in length. For parking vehicles only – no overnight stays or camping (No RVs or Campers). Feel free to contact me for additional information or if want to arrange a time to check out the space. Parking terms will be discussed between us once I meet you for spot visits, You will be given a 24-hour time frame to see on how it looks like and to check if your vehicle would fit in. Booking Process

Arranging reliable, verified monthly parking through Spacer couldn’t be easier:

Step 1: Send your booking request

Pick the start and end dates of your rental and complete the booking process. (Don’t worry, you will NOT be charged until the host confirms your booking.)

Step 2: Host accepts & arranges parking access

The host will confirm your request within 1-2 days. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to message the host to arrange pick-up for any keys, parking passes, remotes, or other security credentials you need to park in your spot.

Step 3: Pay month-to-month until you want to cancel

The space is yours until you don’t need it anymore! To cancel your rental, you just need to give 30 days’ notice (via your Spacer.com account) and return any keys or passes to the host - no fuss, no muss.
