Enter this location at 400 Spectrum Center Drive, Irvine CA, 92618. Must purchase a transponder for a 1-time fee of $40(Non-Refundable) from 20/40 Pacifica, Irvine, CA. 92618. We then activate the pass for in and out privileges. Parking Office hours are Mon - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (excluding Holidays) to pick up transponder and get activated. Parking of stored vehicles is located in the back corner of the 4th level. All vehicles welcomed, please notify ahead of time if Oversized. IMPORTANT NOTE: We require 1 month's notice prior to canceling the booking. However, the last day to set will be the end date of your booking cycle as we do not prorate the last month.
