Rent this outside Gated secure private carport. Perfect for cars, jet skis, small boats in the winter. Easy access well lite space. Very safe location only 20 minutes from LAX, and about 10 minutes from Culver City. We can fit 2 cars or 2 trucks or 1 truck and 2 cars or a boat under 20ft. The gate entry is 10ft wide. Access Frequency is monthly or less. you must contact me 48 hr in advance to gain access so I may unlock the gate. Access to the camera is available at an additional fee. Space is located in Leimert Park and available to lease. Long-term lease preferred with infrequent access. Please contact me before booking.

Booking Process

Arranging reliable, verified monthly parking through Spacer couldn’t be easier:

The space is yours until you don’t need it anymore! To cancel your rental, you just need to give 30 days’ notice (via your Spacer.com account) and return any keys or passes to the host - no fuss, no muss.
