Lizette Gonzalez Ace Parking is the worst manager of any business I have ever dealt with. I’m definitely taking legal action in regards being disabled having to walk far because Lizette refuses to fix transponder issues after over six months and needs to get her facts straight before cancelling

Worst experience w, billing issues, no entry, no exit with transponder issues. I can go on and on But Lazy, Unprofessional, Non existent, all around Horrible Manager Lizette Gonzales of Ace Parking takes the cake as I keep trying to get solutions as she just avoids and concerns or care.

This parking space is located in Newport Beach across from John Wayne Airport and is available to lease 24/7. Enter this location at the property off of Birch St. or Campus Dr. Must purchase a transponder for a 1-time fee of $40 (Non-Refundable) from the parking office located near the main gates inside the parking structure. A pass will be activated for entering and exiting privileges. Parking Office hours are Mon - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (excluding Holidays) to pick up transponder and get activated. IMPORTANT NOTE: We require 1 month's notice prior to canceling the booking. However, the last day to set will be the end date of your booking cycle as we do not prorate the last month. Oversized vehicles are not allowed.
