I have a parking space available for storage of your car or boat. It is not a inside parking, but very safe. Private area. Car must be running good. No over size, easy access next to highway 580. Very quiet neighborhood. The spot is located in between Columbian Dr and Circle Hill Dr, The spot is an open parking space. Select a start date and just send me a message here by clicking reserve space button and I'll get back to you once I received a notification. Monthly payments will be made through Spacer website only. No Cash, No Check. Parking terms will be discussed between us once I meet you for spot visits. Reserve now. Thanks! Just observe 30 days notice before vacating the spot. Will only accommodate interested renters with reservation. Once a receive a reservation from you, You will received the spot details where you can park your vehicle.

Arranging reliable, verified monthly parking through Spacer couldn’t be easier:

Step 1: Send your booking request

Pick the start and end dates of your rental and complete the booking process. (Don’t worry, you will NOT be charged until the host confirms your booking.)

Step 2: Host accepts & arranges parking access

The host will confirm your request within 1-2 days. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to message the host to arrange pick-up for any keys, parking passes, remotes, or other security credentials you need to park in your spot.

Step 3: Pay month-to-month until you want to cancel

The space is yours until you don’t need it anymore! To cancel your rental, you just need to give 30 days’ notice (via your Spacer.com account) and return any keys or passes to the host - no fuss, no muss.
