DESCRIPTION: We have our nice back yard for parking. The spot we are offering is right beside fruits trees. It is in the back yard, far away from street. It is quilt and peaceful, with a lot of privacy. We have Electricity plug and water facet right beside it. Except RV space, we also provide a off street parking space for one vehicle.
The house is conveniently located in nice area of Pomona, it is about 30 minutes Los Angeles, 20 minutes to Orange county. It is very close to restaurants, bank, shopping, transportations, library and etc. There are nice walking track right cross the street. It is close to busy street but in the quilt nice area without lots of noice. We have fence and trees around the yard, it is very safe. Highways 10, 60, 57, and 71; It is are close to Western University, Mt. Sac, Cal Poly, Claremont colleges.
Only month-to-month, no leases/contracts, but we do need one month rent to be deposit. We do not have bathroom to provide, no sewage hook up. No insurance provide. Please to have your owe drain sewage can. We do allowed one nice, well trained pet. It is ready to move in now.
