We do "NOT" accept Cash, Check, and money order. Parking terms will be discussed between us once I meet you for spot visits, You will be given a 24-hour time frame to see on how it looks like and to check if your vehicle would fit in. Please read terms and conditions for strict compliance. Reserve now! Just observe 30-day notice before vacating the spot. I Will only accommodate interested renters with reservation. Booking Process

Arranging reliable, verified monthly parking through Spacer couldn’t be easier:

Step 1: Send your booking request

Pick the start and end dates of your rental and complete the booking process. (Don’t worry, you will NOT be charged until the host confirms your booking.)

Step 2: Host accepts & arranges parking access

The host will confirm your request within 1-2 days. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to message the host to arrange pick-up for any keys, parking passes, remotes, or other security credentials you need to park in your spot.

Step 3: Pay month-to-month until you want to cancel

The space is yours until you don’t need it anymore! To cancel your rental, you just need to give 30 days’ notice (via your Spacer.com account) and return any keys or passes to the host - no fuss, no muss.
