Description

This is a small four car parking garage attached to a residential building. We are currently seeking to fill a month to month parking lease for this location. The space is inside a small parking garage. The parking garage has a tight/narrow turn, so only compact vehicles can navigate the ramp and inside of the garage. Mid or larger size sedans or other types of vehicles would not fit. Please contact us and confirm your car make and model. If the car is compatible, the next step would be to schedule a test drive into the lot. A test drive is required before signing the parking lease to ensure the vehicle will fit and you are able to comfortably navigate the turn into the garage. The final step would be signing a month-to-month lease and paying the first monthly charge; then you will be given a remote to access the garage.

Booking Process

Arranging reliable, verified monthly parking through Spacer couldn’t be easier:

Step 1: Send your booking request

Pick the start and end dates of your rental and complete the booking process. (Don’t worry, you will NOT be charged until the host confirms your booking.)

Step 2: Host accepts & arranges parking access

The host will confirm your request within 1-2 days. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to message the host to arrange pick-up for any keys, parking passes, remotes, or other security credentials you need to park in your spot.

Step 3: Pay month-to-month until you want to cancel

The space is yours until you don’t need it anymore! To cancel your rental, you just need to give 30 days’ notice (via your Spacer.com account) and return any keys or passes to the host - no fuss, no muss.
