Description

This is not a space for a vehicle, furniture or clothing. No maintenance allowed or flammables stored. No straight pipes allowed, but a nice rumble is certainly welcomed. There's plenty of off street parking in designated space while you take your motorcycle or whatever you choose to store out for the day or night. Yes, there is a slight threshold to get over, but its minor and has never been an issue for us getting our motorcycles in or out. You must provide a proof of insurance for any motorcycle stored. We would like a 6 month's commitment at a time to this space with a security deposit of $225.00 to be paid at the signing of the agreement but month to month basis. This is a very safe and secure neighborhood We are just looking for a respectable tenant who would like to have a secure space to share a garage with the tenants we now have in our spacious garage. Price is firm. Serious inquires only.

Booking Process

Arranging reliable, verified monthly parking through Spacer couldn’t be easier:

Step 1: Send your booking request

Pick the start and end dates of your rental and complete the booking process. (Don’t worry, you will NOT be charged until the host confirms your booking.)

Step 2: Host accepts & arranges parking access

The host will confirm your request within 1-2 days. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to message the host to arrange pick-up for any keys, parking passes, remotes, or other security credentials you need to park in your spot.

Step 3: Pay month-to-month until you want to cancel

The space is yours until you don’t need it anymore! To cancel your rental, you just need to give 30 days’ notice (via your Spacer.com account) and return any keys or passes to the host - no fuss, no muss.
