The property is gated, well-lit, staffed. This ad is for Daytime and Nighttime which means you will have a 24/7 access. Semi-attended open surface lot. Attendants schedule: Monday thru Thursday 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM / Friday 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM / Saturday 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM / Sunday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. This ad is good for Oversize vehicles only. Reserve the spot if you have a Small SUV or Big SUV(ex. Chevy Suburban) If your vehicle is a compact car then reserve the other ad(If you have a compact car then this is not the right ad for you). Just hit reserve space to accommodate the reservation.

Pick the start and end dates of your rental and complete the booking process. (Don’t worry, you will NOT be charged until the host confirms your booking.)

Step 2: Host accepts & arranges parking access

The host will confirm your request within 1-2 days. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to message the host to arrange pick-up for any keys, parking passes, remotes, or other security credentials you need to park in your spot.

Step 3: Pay month-to-month until you want to cancel

The space is yours until you don’t need it anymore! To cancel your rental, you just need to give 30 days’ notice (via your Spacer.com account) and return any keys or passes to the host - no fuss, no muss.
