I have a parking space available in the back of the condominium building, very safe and clean. One assigned parking spot (#3) inside a secure lot, Located in Mission near 15th Street. Car port entrance is on Wiese Street off of 16th Street for easy, traffic-free entry and exits onto 15th Street. You will have 24/7 access to the parking spot via a remote car port gate opener. 5 min walk to 16th St BART Station 1 min walk to tech shuttle stops at Mission & 15th. This is a good size space. Absolutely No Storage Containers, Food Trucks or RVs. Just reserve the spot here on the website to get back to you.

Booking Process

Arranging reliable, verified monthly parking through Spacer couldn’t be easier:

Step 1: Send your booking request

Pick the start and end dates of your rental and complete the booking process. (Don’t worry, you will NOT be charged until the host confirms your booking.)

Step 2: Host accepts & arranges parking access

The host will confirm your request within 1-2 days. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to message the host to arrange pick-up for any keys, parking passes, remotes, or other security credentials you need to park in your spot.

Step 3: Pay month-to-month until you want to cancel

The space is yours until you don’t need it anymore! To cancel your rental, you just need to give 30 days’ notice (via your Spacer.com account) and return any keys or passes to the host - no fuss, no muss.
