Tips for Pricing Your Listing on Spacer

  1. Check demand in your area
Look at what other spaces are charging nearby. Downtown and high-demand neighborhoods usually earn more.
  2. Factor in convenience
Covered spots, 24/7 access, easy access to public transport, or security features (like gates or cameras) can justify a higher price.
  3. Start competitive, adjust later
Many hosts start slightly lower to attract their first renter, then increase rates once they have demand.
  4.  Use Spacer’s price suggestions

Our platform recommends a rate based on your location and recent bookings in the area.

What Happens After a Booking?

  • First payment. Your payout is sent within five business days of the booking start date.
  • Monthly payments. After that, you’ll receive earnings within seven business days of the same date each month.
