Being a Host and getting paid is easy too. You will be paid directly through our website, making it easy to check in on your monthly earnings. Just like a Renter, you will also be paid on a monthly and automatic basis, no need to worry about getting paid on time. It’s that easy!

Once you’ve found a Renter, you will be put in contact with them to arrange any access they may need for the spot. After that, there’s nothing else to be done, as you will be paid automatically each month. Watch your once empty parking spot turn into a consistent source of monthly income!

If your Renter decides they no longer need your spot, they must give you a 30 day notice, in which case charges will end. The 30 day notice is simply to help you find a replacement Renter so no month goes without earnings.
