The spot will be available on June 1. A parking spot at the backyard of a private house on Clyde St/69th Ave, Forest Hills, NY. Forest Hills is a charming and safe neighborhood. The garage is minutes away from Continental Ave/71st Ave Forest Hills Subway station and LIRR station. You can take E, F, M, R subway, and it is only 20 minutes away from Manhattan when you take E, F. You can take LIRR also, and it is only 12 minutes to midtown NYC. If you prefer to take bus, an express bus QM12 to Manhattan 3rd Ave/6th Ave is just 2 blocks away. Only sedan or small SUV due to the narrow-arched driveway. The tenant will need to sign an agreement with me and pay me a security deposit (equal to one month rent.) directly.
