Description

This garage space is located in the heart of Hollywood, right in Franklin Village, on the cusp of Hollywood Hills, so this is upper Hollywood, not lower Hollywood. Above Hollywood Boulevard. Right off the 101 North and 101 South. Very convenient. We have security cameras installed in the garage. Landlord on site is great. Neighbors look out for each other. Perennially difficult to find parking in this neighborhood so the spot is really sweet as everyone else is always usually circling for hours to find a spot, trying to parallel park, or confused by street cleaning signs. You can walk pretty much anywhere in Franklin Village, Griffith Park, Hollywood Bowl. You can even see the Hollywood sign. Lots of dog walkers + joggers late night and early mornings. All you need is a remote control to get in and out. From here, it's walkable to the train line, both the Hollywood/Vine Red Line as well as the Hollywood/Western red line. I'm also always available by text and easy to reach.
