So the same spot will be available to park a car while ti is leased. Secure access to the garage is controlled using a smartphone/tablet device app that is assigned a unique code that is allocated to the lessee and will not work during times when the lease is not active or can be inactivated/changed should your device be lost, stolen, or compromised. The owner lives above the garage and is available to assist should there be issues with accessing your vehicle (power outage, phone or app not working/missing. The location is a block away from MUNI underground (K,L, M,S lines) as well as multiple overground bus and train lines (F train, 24,33,35, and more.

Booking Process

Arranging reliable, verified monthly parking through Spacer couldn’t be easier:

Step 2: Host accepts & arranges parking access

Step 3: Pay month-to-month until you want to cancel

The space is yours until you don’t need it anymore! To cancel your rental, you just need to give 30 days’ notice (via your Spacer.com account) and return any keys or passes to the host - no fuss, no muss.
