Description

This dedicated spot in the garage of my condo building is available for rent ASAP. The garage is located on the ground floor and the entrances to the garage are secure and require a remote or key fob to access. The pedestrian entrance/exit to the garage is right next to the bus stop where many buses that come into and out of Manhattan through the Lincoln Tunnel stop. Depending on traffic, you could get to the Port Authority in 15 minutes from stepping out of your car! Will need to provide a deposit (refundable at end of contract) in case of accidents. Would prefer longer leases.

Booking Process

Arranging reliable, verified monthly parking through Spacer couldn’t be easier:

Step 3: Pay month-to-month until you want to cancel

The space is yours until you don’t need it anymore! To cancel your rental, you just need to give 30 days’ notice (via your Spacer.com account) and return any keys or passes to the host - no fuss, no muss.
