It's a block away from the Tenleytown /AU Park Metro, CVS, Whole Foods, Best Buy, ACE Hardware, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Dunkin Donuts, Cava, Chipotle, plenty of bus stops, gym, public tennis courts, Wilson High School Olympic-size swimming pool, retail and dining. It's also one and a half blocks to Georgetown Day School and three blocks to the new AU law school. THINGS TO KNOW: • Available August 2 • Must submit rental application and credit report (this is a soft credit report that you pull yourself and won't affect your credit score) • One car limit. Parking space is on the left-hand side as you face the parking pad. The other space on the right-hand side belongs to 4119 Brandywine St., NW. • First month's rent & security deposit equal to one month's rent due at lease signing • Rent does not include snow or ice shoveling of parking space or alleyway. Alleyway is kept clear of snow and ice by the Friendship Animal Hospital and other businesses on the alleyway. • Month to month lease

Booking Process

Arranging reliable, verified monthly parking through Spacer couldn’t be easier:

Step 1: Send your booking request

Pick the start and end dates of your rental and complete the booking process. (Don’t worry, you will NOT be charged until the host confirms your booking.)

Step 2: Host accepts & arranges parking access

The host will confirm your request within 1-2 days. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to message the host to arrange pick-up for any keys, parking passes, remotes, or other security credentials you need to park in your spot.

Step 3: Pay month-to-month until you want to cancel

The space is yours until you don’t need it anymore! To cancel your rental, you just need to give 30 days’ notice (via your Spacer.com account) and return any keys or passes to the host - no fuss, no muss.
